Although the car with the features I wanted was not in stock, one had already been ordered that fit my needs well. I actually purchased the car over the phone. I was provided a very fair price over the phone and could not turn it down. With such a fair price, I did not feel the need to negotiate or waste time looking at other dealerships. It was one of the least stressful car-buying experiences I have had. The team provided a review of the car features at the time of pick-up and have responded to e-mails with further inquiries. Overall, I am very pleased with my car-buying experience at Sommer’s. More

Worked with the internet folks originally and then got Adam as our salesman. We decided to put money down on a vehicle that had recently shown up at the dealership but someone had beaten us to the punch. No big deal. Adam physically ran out to the lot to confirm it had been taken, and worked with us very well on a couple units that were in transit. He was awesome the whole time, no pressure and communicated well and often.He was very professional and appreciative. He was very busy the Saturday we came in to take delivery and we never felt rushed. I am 55 years old have been around vehicles my whole life and my share of dealerships and this was by far my best dealership experience. Keep up the good work Sommers. More

Sommer's originally quoted us the highest price of all the dealers, but we knew exactly what car we wanted and that we wanted to buy from Sommer's because their sales staff was easy to deal with, they respected our time and decision making process, and they have earned recognition from SoA for their outstanding service. So, we asked them to match our lowest price, they did and we bought. This isn't to say that buying or leasing a car is easy or transparent. If you want the best price and to understand all the sales shenanigans, no matter who you buy from, take the time to educate yourself.
