When we had questions he couldn’t answer, he sought the correct staff member so we got the correct info and not a fancy “dance-around” bit of salesmanship. The entire staff that we dealt with was most helpful and not once did we feel pressured or subjected to the usual hype and high pressured salesmanship encountered at many dealerships. Stephanie(sp?) was awesome in efficiently finalizing and explaining the myriad of paperwork required to complete the purchase. McKinney is a jewel of a dealership with prized team members. Patti and I give Mr. Patel and Stephanie an A+. If Mr. Patel worked for me, I would certainly take good care of him so I wouldn’t lose him…he is a great asset to your team.
