Cochran Charged with Driving Customer Loyalty and Delivering Further Innovative Tools to DealerRater® Certified Dealers
Waltham, Mass. – May 29, 2012 – DealerRater, the world’s premier car dealer review web site, today announced that Larry Cochran has joined its management team as Senior Vice President of Dealer Products and Services. In this critical new role, Cochran will have executive oversight of DealerRater’s Client Services and Marketing areas, and will work to ensure that DealerRater’s Certified Dealer partners continue to have access to the most innovative online reputation and social monitoring tools as well as best-in-class customer service for which the company has become known.
Since establishing the Certified Dealer Program in 2008, DealerRater has continuously enhanced the suite of review-gathering and leveraging tools offered to car dealerships. Cochran joins the DealerRater team soon after the revolutionary launch of 360Certified™ - the premium level of the Certified Dealer Program - which features a comprehensive online reputation and social monitoring platform to monitor reviews across the web, track web mentions, measure social media success, and ensure online visibility.

Cochran brings over 15 years of auto industry experience to DealerRater. Prior to joining the company, Cochran spent more than a decade in key executive positions at ADP Dealer Services, most recently serving as Vice President - Digital Solutions. Previous to that Cochran built a start-up Marketing Outsource Services business unit within ADP Dealer Services and also served as ADP Dealer Service’s Director of Operations & Sales.
