We just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. Our sales rep was Wade Strobel. He was so down to earth and trustworthy. He helped us find exactly what we wanted and when he didn't know the answer to a question he found the answer! We never felt pressured or pushed into anything. The radiator from our car broke,we went down to the dealership, got fixed on the same day great thanks a lot .
The only thing,I asked for a replacement car for one day or till our car is fixed. The answer was NO because the are just for ICBC claims.
We are customers since 9 years nver went somewhere else. Maybe not the best customers because till now we both just 2 cars

my husband and I were looking to purchase a new jeep. Had a 2006 liberty from new and loved it. we started looking around for a new jeep, and had a bad experience at the dealership on marine drive. we like the jeep lineup of vehicles and tried a couple of other dealerships. Meet Michael Chidley at Carter Dodge Chrysler Jeep and he went out of his way to find us the vehicle that we purchased. Thanks to Michael, a very nice man. Will come back to this dealership again.

He made my first experience very memorable with his very friendly attitude and just his determination, he sold me on the car instantly and it was just what I wanted! I had to drive to Kamloops that night and he made that possible for me and I'm very thankful for his service and the service of the whole staff as well! i had a bad experience with this dealership. i was about to trade in my car.
i have even made a deposit. but a few factors made me change my mind. christine glen my agent is nice . at first she would agree to my terms. but later on doesn't keep most of her promises. but would just tell me - "i don't want to argue with you. i don't know what to tell you. i can't do anything about it".(like the waiving of my doc. fees, and fixing the sensor on the bumper. that we agreed upon).then theres also one agent mark long, when i was talking/ negotiating with christine, out of the blue. he said interrupted me and told me that "this has to stop!". i never even met him. i think for me its a bit rude and uncalled for. customer like me has right to negotiate the various issues of the car im going to buy.
and lastly i talk to till, finance manager. i ask her to help me refund my deposit. she told me that brock ( manager) wants to have a chat with me in a while. so i waited and called, even left a message with the receptionist. but after few days. he never called. so im just wondering if this dealership really cares about their customers? and why do they treat them like garbage? just saying from my observation.

Never take your vechile into this dealership for servicing. They book appt times and dont care if you sir there all day even when you have an appointment. You pay 135 per hr for their service but your time sitting there is free.
