Poor customer service. Luc Fournier, general manager of Kia St-Constant, did not want to make an arrangement on an invoice that I had to pay (1 month and a half warranty exceeded and over 5 000 km). Moreover, he added arrogantly : you bought your vehicle at another dealership !! Well he just lost a customer (future reparations and new customer to come...) I did a complaint to Kia Canada.

We had very good service when we were looking to buy our new Fiat 500 back in 2012. Service was attentive and supportive. But our experience with Kolbec Gatienau has been nothing but a downhill experience since. We have had chronic issues with thee front suspension that started to knock significantly within 6 months. At first we were told that this was a problem with FIATs and repairs were made. We were faced with this recurring problem every 4 months or so.

Horrible and rude service - Iceman

Bought a new car from them. My Iphone did not sound when I was in the car so I went to the service to ask why meet with Mathieu Defoy who is one of the service advisers there I tried to ask him why his answer was I'm going to lunch don't have time for you....Very rude This is the second time he has been rude like this my other car needed new brakes I had them changed there cost 1200$ when I got home the hand brake went all the way up. I called him to ask why the hand brake was not adjusted his answer was I did not tell him to do it. When the brakes are changed it is common practice to adjust the hand brake especially when done by the dealer for that price I am very disappointed will never take my car there again his service is horrible Very unsatisfied with him
