If you want to buy a car it is probably a good dealer but stay away from the service. They have to make up for dodge low quality by giving you excuses or telling you don't know how to drive. At 30 000km on a Journey, brakes had to be done at the 4 wheels, discs, pads and caliper seized at the rear . Told them it wasnt normal. Been told i was too hard on the brakes... my other car is a honda and havent done the brakes yet at 100k km and drive it way harder than the journey. I'm now doing my service at another dealer even if this dealer is across the street from where i work, and traded the journey.

Oubli de m'a viser que le gps n'était pas activer après achat de mon Jeep Cherokee neuf...ca m'a fais triste après signature du contrat,il me demandait $600.00 pour l'activer,je crois c'est une erreur du concessionnaire...et aurait dû avoir compensation.....merci. J'ai acheter avant un Jeep Cherokee 2015 et mon gps était fonctionnel....c'est pourquoi j'étais certain dans mon nouveau jeep il était activer....il a eu vraiment un manque d'information du concessionnaire...

J'ai contacté le concessionaire le vendredi en fin de journée leur demandant de me trouver un Jeep Cherokee 2ieme main, premiere chose lundi on m'appel pour me dire de rencontrer Ahmed pour faire un essaie d'un nouveau Jeep Cherokee North 2016 lundi soir. Une offre exceptionelle fut faite, les papiers signés et approuvé puis jeudi je quite avec ma nouvelle voiture. Un GROS merci a Rive-Sud, Patrick, Pascal, Ahmed et toute l'équippe.

Suite a une mauvaise experience chez un dealer de ma region pour ne pas le nomer (Valleyfield) je me suis retourner moi meme et chercher mon vehicule jusqu'a ce que je tombe sur Chantal Desbois avec qui j'ai negocier par telephone et e-mail pour en arriver a une entente en quelques jours sans Meme se rencontrer ...comme les 2 parties etaient de bonne fois bien la livraison du vehicule ces fais sans surprise et que dire de la presentation du vehicule Chantal a pris tout le temp necessaire pour nous aider avec le nouveau vehicule ...jamais senti qu'elle avait hate de nous voir partir tres professionel et engager ...Merci je vous recommande cette entreprise familial...mercii Chantal j'adore mon JEEP

We've bought a car from Duclos Chrysler (St Hubert) which doesn't correspond with the description. The next day after we've taken it, we saw that the Bluetooth is missing, there is no satellite radio. In fact, they gave us a different modification of the same car. (we saw in the Guide of the vehicle the front panel of the two modifications and that's exactly the Bluetooth and the sat. radio) So, we went there thinking that this is a mistake, but... After their promise to take care of that problem, we gave them the car. The next day, we saw their way to resolve such issues - they've installed a cheap Bluetooth behind the steering wheel, so that it's impossible to use, no satellite radio. Not to mention that there were no excuses, only arrogant behaviour. So, we asked to meet the general manager. They've promised to schedule us an appointment and after that no one answers our mails. Even if we go in Duclos, they promise something which never happens.
So now, we are caught to pay the next 8 years for a car that we didn't want to buy because of their mistake or fraud.

When you meet the sales rep tell me that I have to pay 697.00$ for a car proof, car clean up, lien search, etc.? Then we finally agree on a price for the used vehicule, I have to see the credit director. Actually, I must see. I am being told that I pay cash or if I have my own financing, the price of car is 997.00$ more. They get a commission from the bank to bring them clients. No problem about that.
The trick is the following. They try to sell you : life insurance, car insurance, car taging, etc. On each of these product they make a commission.
48 hours after having agreed on to purchase the said car, the credit application has not even been submited to a financial institution ?
I forgot to mention that they try to make me agree to pay 1% more than the current interest rate generally going on the market. And so, before having a look at my credit. One Have to understand that 1% during the term of the loan, represent 1000.00$. So they get a higher commission from the bank.

I bought my Jeep SRT from this dealership with an extended warranty. I was lied to about what would and wouldn't be covered on this extended warranty. In the end Quebec, Consumer Protection stepped in and helped me get my warranty money back but the whole experience left me with a bad impression.
I took it in for an on warranty repair I waited over 5 hours just to be told they don't have the part and was charged over $200 (no notice that there would be a cost), when I refused they said I won't get my keys back until I pay in full!
It escalated when they sabotaged my Jeep SRT after taking it in for servicing. I will never go back to Chrysler Laval.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Don't buy a car or service a car at this dealership. They've even disabled their google review because their that bad.
Withheld information about the car - Pamela
We went to look at a used car at this dealership and they withheld information from us. First of all, they told us the brakes were "fine" but they were not. I could tell while driving the car and our APA inspector confirmed this as well. They also did not tell us that the rear hatchback door shocks needed replacing (the door would slam down if you didn't hold it up with your hand). We only found this out when we asked to look in the trunk. Thankfully we got an inspector and he delivered all of the bad news. The dealer assured us that everything was "fine" with the car, except for the A/C. It was clear to me that they wanted us to trust their unofficial "report" before getting our proper report from the APA so that they could sell the car quick and we would be left with several expensive repairs. In the end, the used $4,000 KIA we were looking at, which was supposedly "fine" according to the dealer, would have cost us a few extra thousand bucks. Do your homework, get an inspection done, and don't trust what they tell you.

I was ready to buy a car (Chrysler 300 S) when I entered the showroom.
The salesman and the director came back with the best offer being 1,500$ less than the asking price of a 47,000$ car. The were seriously saying that no one would be able to do better. They were laughing at me and seriously believe that I would bite. I left angry when I realized they were just plainly arrogant.
Later, when I entered Orleans Dodge, they took 2,000$ right away for the asking price and they told me that we could start dealing now...yeah,seriously....These guys don't believe their customer to be stupid and uninformed. They respect people. Just to get confirmation that the deal was the best, I continued shopping and finally bought a slightly different car at Ottawa Dodge due to an amazing deal. But I would go back to Orleans anytime. Kolbec will never see my face again.
Also, my girlfriend just bought a Jeep from SouthBank Dodge and the experience was amazing!
Therefore, I recommend either one of these (instead of Kolbec):
Southbank Dodge, Metro Orleans Dodge or Ottawa Dodge

Today, I went to have a recurring electrical problem with my less than 2 years Fiat 500. In the last 23 months we had 3 brake/indicating lights dying on us, which clearly indicate an electrical problem. After consulting them a previous time in the past, they completely ignored the problem exposed to them and they just changed the lightbulb, with a 40$ added bill for time. 40$ for 5 minutes of work! And not helpful at all with the problem. Although, I went back to complain and try to reason with them, they did not offer any compensation or seemed worried about the actual problem. Never will go there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know!

I'm a client since 1994 and I"ve had 3 cars serviced there over those years. 1st I had been complaining for over a year that there was a knocking sound from my wheel. After having requested at 3 different service maintenance visits to have it verified and being told there is nothing wrong. I took it to another very reputable mechanic for a second opinion. He told me it was the ball joint and I had it replaced and my 2007 Jeep that I bought @ Longue Pointe is running beautifully. When I had my car serviced I was still waiting for service for the following point #2. I thank the Lord I didn't have an accident because of it. I refused to bring my car back until they took care of my driveway. 2nd the last time I had had my Jeep serviced there they claimed it was a defective oil filter that was put in that caused the following problem. I don't know at this point. I don't know how an oil filter could be defective. Maybe it just wasn't screwed on properly. It is not a complicated part! I picked up my car following the service took it home and parked it on my brand new 30 000$ pave-uni driveway. The next day there is a pool of spilt engine oil on my new driveway. This is spring early summer 2014. They sent a car washer with one bottle of white liquid, he spilt it on it, that is it and left. Well after no results from them. I called last Friday and was rudely spoken to by the head of the service departement. He was pissed off that I called him on Friday his workers had left and he went on and on. I answered him that if he was not open for business why was he answering the phone and why he wasn't letting the customer talk and tell him what the customer since 1994 needs. Finally I had the opportunity to tell him that I have been waiting for over a year and I want my driveway cleaned by the following Friday Tomorrow August 14th, 2015. And I want it cleaned by a pro in pave uni. My husband has put 6 other bottles at our cost and the stains are still there. Today the same head of the service departement e-mails me back telling me some employee is not back from holidays and they can't do it tomorrow. This is a joke! He wants to send me his car washer again and since last Friday he only knows today tha he is only back next week. I asked him to send a professional who works with pave uni. These people don't know the meaning of service. Since '94 the service has declined a lot. The front line people who attend to you at the service counter attend to you well but their hands are tied. They are not the mechanics or the head of the service departement who takes the decisions. And obviously he doesn't care to give service especially when they have screwed up.
