As always the team at BMW Durham did everything perfectly. They squeezed me into their schedule despite not having a prior appointment as the vehicle began spewing blue smoke. I came in with the car on a flat bed and I was provided with a loaner. The next morning the problem was corrected, and despite my concerns as to how oil was getting into the combustion process, Bill found a PCV valve which was recalled and replaced it and I was on my way again within hours!

I've had two brief experiences with this dealership. Both absolutely fantastic, The individuals in the service area are patient, take time to inspect and explain What services are needed and why. They are pleasant with excellent communication. This morning I used the shuttle service to get home and my shuttle driver was phenomenal. Wonderful conversationalist, makes you feel like your taking a drive with an old friend. Absolutely wonderful group of employees.

Clayton L’Heureux and his team are great even during hectic periods, they still take the time for each customer. A very friendly no pressure dealer in general from the reception to the cash operators and sales.
