It’s been an amazing experience from the moment I called to book my vehicle and get in as quickly as possible. I also had a great experience with Jake, my service advisor, it was top drawer service

I was not able to get through by phone to the service department most of the time my vehicle was in for service. My vehicle was completed yesterday but I did not get a call to let me know and then took me calls and leaving messages this morning. I also noticed damage to my plastic trim on the right rear door after I got home. I have called 3 times and left messages but no reply.

I've had two brief experiences with this dealership. Both absolutely fantastic, The individuals in the service area are patient, take time to inspect and explain What services are needed and why. They are pleasant with excellent communication. This morning I used the shuttle service to get home and my shuttle driver was phenomenal. Wonderful conversationalist, makes you feel like your taking a drive with an old friend. Absolutely wonderful group of employees.

Clayton L’Heureux and his team are great even during hectic periods, they still take the time for each customer.
