Long time customer, my RX300 is now 15 years old with 330K under the belt and people say it still looks like new. Lexus quality is unbelievable however the service is what keeps my car on the road. I trust Scott and the team to help keep my car running smoothly. They have always found any problem I report which saves me time and money with guessing. It might not be the cheapest vehicle to service but it always runs better leaving the lot.

Bought a used car, had it inspected it had a chip in the windshield I was told by the inspecting mechanic it needed to be replaced.
The dealer had the chip filled, saying that their auto glass shop (outside person) recommended a fill over a replacement.
When I bought the vehicle it was implied that if the chip failed that the windshield would be replaced, the dealer went as far to offer a story where another customer found a defect and got reimbursed for a different part.
The fill started to fail almost immediately and is now cracked across the windshield, and they have told me because their auto glass shop does not guarantee filling a windshield crack that I have to replace it at my own cost, when I asked for it to be replaced in the first place before I bought the vehicle.

I went for the service of my New Lexus, and when they return the car after service..
I smell very bad smoke in my car..
Remember no one smoke in our house..
So can you just imagine how bad, I feel to drive my kids in the same car..
Very very poor service ...
Do not recommend Service Department far more then worst..
And they will never call to rectify those issues and they don't care even..

I bought a 2011 GS 350 AWD w/55,000km last December from Performance Lexus in St-Catharines. The car needed new tires in order to be sold. They installed Michelin Sport at the front and some cheap Chinese-made Altenzo tires at the back. First, an AWD vehicle must always have identical tires with similar wear on all four. Second, look up Altenzo Sport Comforter tires and you will see how dangerous they are. It cost me more than $500 to get identical Michelin Sport tires for the back.
When I test drove the car, the rear view mirror was falling. After I bought the car, I discovered the left rear door panel was loose due to a broken plastic pin. Also, under the car two pieces of plastic designed to provide protection were broken and it cost me $150 to replace them. The cabin air filter was completely clogged. It cost me $45 for a new one.
I filed a complaint with Lexus Canada more than 3 months ago but never heard back from the dealer
UPDATE: April 13, 2016 - I was contacted by Vince Lepiane, Service Manager at Performance Lexus and I was offered to be fully reimbursed for what it cost me to have the rear tires changed to match the brand/model of the front tires. I will update again, as soon as I receive the cheque. Thanks Vince for the gesture.
UPDATE April 20: Yesterday I received a cheque to reimburse me for the exact amount it cost me to change the two tires. I am grateful to Vince Lepiane, Service Manager at Performance Lexus and I can't blame him for my misfortunes as he told me he wasn't aware that an AWD vehicle must have 4 identical tires. And I also can't blame him for never having heard back from Performance Lexus as he told me that he had never heard of my complaint to Lexus Canada in January that was forwarded to Performance Lexus.
And in retrospect, Performance Lexus didn't need to change those two broken pieces of plastic under the car, nor change the cabin air filter in order to sell this vehicle. Again, thank you.
