dealership is top notch! Rod Gerron went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the Suv I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a SUV the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! My windshield wipers started up and then stuck in the up position just as I was leaving for work on Saturday morning. I panicked - we are a one-car, one-driver family and I not only had work but a number of medical appointments for various family members over the next few days. Major snowfalls were also predicted. I called the service department and was told to bring it right over and they would do their best. As soon as I arrived, Tristan checked under the hood and said there was an ice build up under the plastic housing. He fetched a portable heater and with the help of a young mechanic, melted and cleared the ice. Then he tested the wipers, filled the windscreen fluid and cleaned the windscreen. Everything worked fine. I had imagined leaving the van to have serious work done and renting a replacement vehicle so that I could get on with my life and instead, I was only an hour late for work and back on track for everything else. No charge. A difficult week that was on its way to getting worse was turned around by one kind and helpful gesture. I provide customer service in my own job and am very aware of what good and bad service is. This was the best service I have ever received.

Mike was very helpful during my car purchase back in December. We were able to quickly work out a deal and the trade-in and Mike arranged everything so I could pick up the car on my birthday. Excellent dealership with excellent customer service. Went in for a problem that Raceway Chrysler could not fix and they totally took control of the situation and rectified the problem. Their customer service is impeccable; within five minutes they provided me either a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the problem and called me by name. They provided me with an experience that Raceway could not, and their auto mechanics are extremely well versed in the vehicle and are able to provide any Fiat owner with the security that a professional is working on their vehicle.

This is not my first issue with Performance. Prior to buying my 2012 Fiat I was a loyal customer having bought multiple cars from them in the past.
Since buying my 2012 Fiat:
- Performance dented the side of my car then denied it. I had to fight to get them to repair it, ultimately the manager of one of their other locations helped me. They also gouged my dashboard to xxxx during that.
- they won't tell me what happened, but there was a serious issue with a tire AFTER leaving a service appointment. Drove to Burlington and back immediately with the car violently shaking, it felt like the tire was going to fall off. As soon as I got back to the dealership the service manager pulled my car off the road. They never told me what they did but after that appointment I never paid for an oil change or wipers again. Whatever they were liable for was big. I followed up after that and never got anywhere. I was afraid to drive my car and the owner at the time, John Mann, told me I should buy a new car if I didn't feel safe...
- MANY other issues. I have replaced all wheel bearings, bought 8 tires, and other issues. The car is only 4 years old.
I had an appointment to have my door handle replaced (repeat issue). Maggie quoted me $80 for the handle and $55 for 30 minutes of work. I dropped my key off, Marty asked if I had been quoted. I told him the quote and he laughed. The part is actually $112 and the labour 100/hour, not to be finished in half an hour.
After al the issues in the past week his is what finally made me snap. They are liars. I will never go back. Dave yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I started my search for a Ram 1500 online. Noticed a promo for about $291/m.
Islington Chrysler, near my house, didn't have the leasing software, so they couldn't go through with the promotion advertised (but they got me in the door to try to get me to finance). I then got a quote from Tyler at Georgetown Chrysler in reference to the leasing promotion. They were able to lease, but it was very difficult getting a straight forward answer as to how much the truck will cost me per month. He mentioned I didn't qualify for one of the rebates simply because I didn't currently own a truck, which is completely ridiculous. They also charged me a security deposit which was never mentioned before. After getting the final numbers as to my downpayment and monthly payment, I decided to go and sign for the deal. When I got there, the monthly payment had increased by over $70!!! All Tyler could do was apologize, but im sure there was a bit of deception to get me in the door (I'll be contacting OMVIC to see if this is a violation of a sort). They agreed to deliver the truck with a bedliner to somewhat sooth things over, but an extra $1500 or so to my term, doesn't exactly do that.
Darren the sales manager must have used the leasing software for the very first time to sign my deal. It appeared he had little to no training in using it. Took him forever and the numbers seemed to be all over the place.
After receiving approval, I requested the truck to be registered in my company name, since that was the reason for the lease. He said it was impossible since the vehicle is leased to me and not the company. He refused to reapply for the lease in my company name.
About 15 hours before the delivery of my truck, Darren phones me and tells me they don't have a bedliner for me. He said I would have to come back in a week to have it installed. After asking him and Tyler if I was going to be compensated for my time driving back from Toronto, the gas, and mileage, Tyler just apologized again, and politely refused to compensate me in any way.
Make sure you budget lots of time to deal with Georgetown Chrysler. I was at the dealership for an hour an a half to sign for the truck. Constantly having to wait. Got lots of apologies though. I was at the dealership for almost two hours picking it up on delivery day!! Again, lots of apologies came my way.
In conclusion, this dealership doesn't appear to be looking for repeat business. I will not be doing business with them again. They don't have a clue how to make a customer happy after making a mistake. Dealing with Ford was a lot more pleasant as far as I went with them. No hidden fees or tricks to get me in the door.
