Made a Dream come True - Happy Owner Klaus
I met Richard Steeves with a pretty good trade, but I felt that I owed too much money to make a deal and was less than hopeful. Low and behold, Mr. Steeves worked his magic, most of the day and we came away with a brand new Jeep Compass well within our means. I must say I have never experienced frendlier service from a car sales representative. I felt honoured to deal with Mr Steeves. I should not forget the kind help and consideration from the sales manager, the financial staff. All in all this was not an ordeal, it was a pleasurable day spent at their "Home"
Great Service, Experienced Staff - Jeepguy
I bought my Jeep Cherokee from Pat at Moffitt. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the buying process easy. No gimmicks, no tricks, honest pricing
Service with a smile - bella
Not 1 complaint when it comes to service here. Each and every staff member are happy to help and any issues are on my part resolved efficiently. Price match with receipt on most if not all items. pretty good reason to service yr. Dodge where you purchased.
Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk - Janbean
I really enjoyed my interaction with the dealer here. Especially the car sales dealer Stewart Good. He does not pressure you in any way and gives you the time to make your decision. We have all dealt with pushy sales people and you know who you are. I have had a recent experience with a dealer in Nova Scotia and It is a real turn off. It was almost borderline harassment. So all you dealers out there take note.
I would work with Stewart again, he is a reputable person and knows how to treat and respect a person.
Excellent service and sales!! - jeepgirl
They have always gone over and above with service. The sales department is one the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership. They make the buying process very easy.
Got the bait a switch - Geoffrey J Butler
My fiance and I went to dodge all ready to buy a new Jeep patriot and told our sales person Keith exactly what we wanted, he gave us an amazing price on a north edition with everything we needed. But to our surprise when we went to pick it up it wasn't a north edition but a sport edition with none of the features we wanted, when we voiced our dissatisfaction with the car Keith and his sales manager Kelly kept trying to push this vehicle on us at the the same price as the north.
From my experience, this dealership will get you in the door with an amazing sounding deal then try to sell you on something you don't even want.
very ignorant service department - yellow jeep man
Last week our new Vehicle was towed to this dealer with a flat tire which was covered under our tire warranty . the service department told us that because we didn't' purchase our vehicle there we would have to leave it there and they would fix it if they had time when asked for a ride to work we were told "we are too busy walk or call a cab" it was about a mile . the next day we went to get our vehicle they had put on our spare tire did not fix our damaged tire we had to demand our tire and rim to be returned ... NEVER AGAIN will we darken the door of this dealer ..
underminding sale to customer Vehicle not detailed - freddy judy123
I'm sure it's not the service center..they are just doing their job! There is alot of talk here in this city about the used car sales manager (Demere) and one of his colleagues (Michael Keddy) My dealings with these two was humiliating and disgusting! Wanting the vehicle of my dreams and leaving me feeling sick after coming across a spill of some sort on the back seat drivers side floor after papers were signed and home in my garage. This had been looked at by the service center and was told that this could not be cleaned and that it may cost $5000.00 to replace the carpet. It was said to me that quote: how would they know that I didnt do this and left it at that!! I'm still today waiting for my second key..three mths later
