Called around to find out prices for an all-point inspection as we are about to be taking our vehicle on a long road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in tip-top shape and Jim Gauthier was the most affordably priced at $144.00 for an all-point inspection and oil change. I thought wow, what a great deal. Just dropped it off and said that they are going to charge us an extra $160 to check the engine separately. Nobody could have told us that on the phone? Hidden costs are extremely shameful as I could have gotten a better deal just down the road and from now on, that is who is getting my business. Getting business through dishonesty is so shady.

Their 3 month/5000 mile used car warranty apparently is only good for safety issues and $100 deductible. Nothing was mentioned. Their 160 point mechanical inspection did not catch faulty shocks, dirty brake fluid or the air filter clip that was not reapplied. They say that they want 'to make it right' but nothing has been done. Waiting already 2 months for the owner's manual. Always excuses!

Went in, was told that they were under new ownership and boy was I surprised. Second time visiting, (First time bought a used vehicle for the wife) and saw a complete turn around. Great customer service! Will definitely come back when needed

Repeat repairs - unhappy1

Thankfully had purchased additional warranty, however did not cover total expenses by a long shot. Had transaxle gaskets replaced X2 , Big $ hit, exhaust is exiting where it should not be, told not a concern, Approx 9 grand into repairs into this car in 4 1/2 years. They would not give me a fair price a year and a half ago on a trade. Slow to get suggested repairs.xxxxx. Only 1 good female person in service
