I feel compelled to say that I am not a person who writes reviews - until today.
I was trying NOT to buy another Nissan / Infiniti product. I really tried! But the exceptional customer service and patience won me back. (Some of the other dealerships were not exactly welcoming - in fact the Mercedes staff were down right rude!) More specifically I would like to single out Andrew Mah and his team. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his relaxed approach was a welcoming change. To the two lovely women who wrapped up the deal - thank you! I wish I had gotten your cards so I could give you a shout out.

I took my 2016 Murano for its first oil change.At the same time I asked to have my tires rotated.
When I got my bill I had been charged about $45 for the rotation. I subsequently proved to them that the rotation had not occurred. I knew this because the right side rear tire was never moved.
