They got me in without an appointment and spent a fair bit of time investigating the porblem. However, upon picking the vehicle up, I noticed a big (about 3 in x 1 in) strip of paint hanging off the front bumper. This is where things took a turn for the worse.
I immediately informed the dealership of the problem. Kirsten passed the information on to the service manager. This was the last time anybody responded to one of my calls or emails for about 10 days. Every time I tried to get a solution to the problem, I was told somebody would be in touch with me. Nobody would ever call or email me back. I eventually went to the dealership manager, Gord Hayes. As somebody in a previous review also stated, he quickly went to the assertion that there was no evidence one way or the other as to whether the vehicle was damaged before it came it to the dealership, and called it a "He said / she said" situation.
This dealership is a member of the Brian Johnston Auto Group in Kelowna. I'll be going to both them and BMW Canada to seek resolution on this problem.

I am still waiting and no one calls you back and being that it is the only car i use for the family has become an inconvenience which they could care less for.
