We purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue from Evan last year. We were having an issue with the seat settings. When my husband would start the vehicle with his key fob, the seat would move too far ahead and he would get crushed. My seat setting was fine.
We drove out to see Evan and he attempted to fix it for us. He read the vehicle manual and followed the steps . . . . and that did not work. He checked the Nissan website for comments made by other Nissan dealerships to see if there were other customers with this same issue and found that there were but nobody knew how to fix it.
So, now Howard and I are feeling bad for taking up Evan’s time . . . . but Evan was determined to figure this out.
We went back out to the vehicle. And . . . . . drum roll please. He selected the Infotainment system and created a 2nd user profile for Howard. There is nothing in the vehicle manual to mention this step.
Evan, I think that you need to do a video on this for Nissan. You are a real natural on camera!
