DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI AT ROYAL OAK GARBAGE SERVICE GARBAGE VEHICLES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I bought my 2022 brand new off the showroom floor. Two months in my paint is flaking off. Went through 3 different service managers but they kept leaving and I would be assigned another. They would not cover the paint flaking off. Fast forward to my next service date. My QX55 says malfunction for shifting, parking, low tire. Turns out it was the battery ITS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. I am then told they need to replace all fluids it was just in 4 months ago!! $1062.82 is the final bill xxx I go to pick it up and I forgot my wallet but I had Apple Pay so wanted to break up the payment. I was told NO I had to drive all the way back home to get my card as they would not do more than $500. Company policy as it turns out!! The worst customer service ever they even charged me for the battery disposal for a car less than a year old and washer fluid which I did not want. The Labour section was a joke and if they are paying someone $169.00 an hour it should not take 3 hours for oil and filter.
