I recently purchased my third car with Mark Wilson’s. It was another positive experience. I like this dealership for the variety of vehicles available and the assurance that you are provided with all the information concerning the car’s history. Working with Austin was a great experience. He was receptive to my concerns and made sure I left with the vehicle that I was looking for. Thank you Austin and all the staff at Mark Wilson’s who assisted with my purchase. I continue to recommend this dealership.

I recently submitted a finance application through Mark Wilson’s Used Cars for a specific Jeep Wrangler. Both the salesperson and finance department were aware which vehicle I was actively pursuing. I completely understand that without a deposit, a dealership may sell a vehicle to another buyer. That is not my frustration. What was disappointing was learning through an AutoTrader notification that the Jeep had been sold. At no point did the salesperson or finance department contact me to advise that the vehicle was no longer available, despite knowing I had completed a finance application specifically for that Jeep. A simple message or phone call would have been professional courtesy and would have reflected much better customer communication. If communication and follow through are lacking during the initial sales process, it raises legitimate concerns about how more serious customer issues would be handled later.

Buying a car was a fun experience. No pressure at all. Tyler was easy to work with. He was so helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend Mark Wilson’s for anyone looking for a car

Once again Mark Wilson's Better Used car proves to me they are the best in Southern Ontario to deal with and purchase a vehicle from. You have to understand I already purchased one vehicle from them and was extremely happy with the vehicle and the service I got. But this time they far beyound what any other dealership or car sales place could ever do and now I forsurely will NOT go to another dealership and will always deal with Mark Wilson's only. You see my wife just recently found employment and she used my f150 I purchased from Mark Wilson's. But she liked the pick up found it to big for her. Me being a long haul truck driver I started looking at Mark Wilson's inventory just to see what they had. And I found the perfect car. So I inquired about and what we had to do to get it. Well let me tell you, Matt and Salh went above and beyound to make this happen as smooth as possible doing everything pretty much remotely, and there was a minor misunderstanding it all was sorted out Pretty fast too. When I came back to Ontario I headed up to Mark Wilson's for the test drive and met Salh. Who gave a big hello and and welcoming hand shake,looked over the car with me and said it will all be fixed, detailed and ready for Wednesday pick up date. The car drove amazing and I believe my wife will love it as its a cute little Kia Rio hatchback. I have yet to met Matt in person but im sure I will on Wednesday. So again thank you too Jessie, Jordan, Matt and Salh for the outstanding service and yet again showing me that when it comes to purchasing a great quality used vehicle Mark Wilson's cant be beat. Recently purchased a vehicle from Phil. I was not expecting a pleasant experience but Phil made it so. He was well informed,answered all my questions and demonstrated a professional background. If and when I replace another vehicle Wilson's and Phil will be my first stop.
