WOW! I received the best customer service today from Derrick Constantino! I had a problem with my CRV computer. I am not very tech savvy ( AT ALL!) and he I received the best customer service today from Derrick Constantino! I had a problem with my CRV computer. I am not very tech savvy ( AT ALL!) and he was kind and patient and showed me how to get the ApplePlay to work. He spent 30 minutes on my issue. I was so happy to have it fixed because it is a great feature I use a lot. Thank you so much, Derrick! More

After a long day at work, I bumped a curb, causing a large bubble on the side wall. We were to head out of town in the morning! Frantically, I reached out to Matt Rizzo. Even though he was off of work, he helped me navigate the next steps! I called Zimmerman first thing Saturday morning and Rich in service was MORE than accommodating. He had me bring it right in! He noticed I was due for an oil change, as well. I told him I’d schedule it for this week as I didn’t want to waste any of their time as they were working me in. He said they were happy to change the oil as they were putting the new tire on! What service! This is exactly why they will keep getting my business! More

We purchased our Acura new from Bob Lindsay in Peoria but have serviced our care at Zimmerman numerous times. Their facility is great, but more importantly their service is great. I have worked with both AJ and Brent and they were both very helpful! We have another brand of car that we take to the original dealership and the experience is always unpleasant because they are always trying to sell you extra service. I like working with Zimmerman knowing that what is recommended is well explained and necessary for the performance and longevity of our car. Trust is key! Great job team Zimmerman! More
