Requested an oil change but received oil change AND tire rotation which I did not request. Was charged for it. Had a 7:30 appt but at 9:30 I checked to see if my vehicle would be ready soon. Was told that i rotation which I did not request. Was charged for it. Had a 7:30 appt but at 9:30 I checked to see if my vehicle would be ready soon. Was told that it would be completed shortly. Very disappointed in the communication and service. May be looking for another organization for oil changes and other services in the future. More
