According to the sticker price on the car I was supposed to spend a certain dollar amount then I realized I was overcharged for the car by more than $3,000. When I questioned it I was told it was fees that could not be explained to me because if the fees were $1,795 plus the price of the vehicle it still didn't add up to the amount I financed. Be careful otherwise you will get ripped off by the finance department!!! I felt robbed and there was no turning back, everything was already signed... be alert so that the same thing doesn't happen to you!! More

I am very displeased with the interaction I just had with one of their managers. I went through CarGurus got a quote from their management team. The price on the quote was $2,800 more than what it was advert one of their managers. I went through CarGurus got a quote from their management team. But they're fully itemized quote baked in roughly $2,800 more in hidden fees that were not itemized. These were only disclosed after waiting about 15 hours for response... calling the manager directly.... getting a confrontational response... and not having them budge on the price or feea...
