The wait time was 3 hrs 45 min.. for an oil change and my tires rotated.. finally the technician changed my oil and stated I did not need my tires rotated… He also told the previous person that he did tha my tires rotated.. finally the technician changed my oil and stated I did not need my tires rotated… He also told the previous person that he did that he didn’t need his tires rotated… I told the technician I wasn’t asking I was telling them I want my tires rotated and he rolled his eyes and was mouthing off total oblivious to the fact that I’m watching him through the window it was not a good experience.. that technician will never work on my vehicle again.. Horrible customer service. I told them before I dropped my truck off that I needed back by the end of the day. Cesar said it only took a couple of hours. I dropped it off at 8am and couldn’t get it back un my truck off that I needed back by the end of the day. Cesar said it only took a couple of hours.
