Unfortunately I don’t think so. A manager from your department already reached out to me to defend Richard, saying I must have misunderstood, that it wasn’t an issue NOW but likely would be in 5-7 years. English is my first language, so I would have to be pretty dense to have misunderstood that drastically. If you want to make it right, you should terminate the associates that lie to make a sale and become pushy when the customer doesn’t bite. But they’re probably making you a lot of money, which is why they are still in a job, and terrible for your public image. Having honest associates will go farther for you guys and do more than trying to “make it right this one time”, which from reading your reviews is more than a one time issue. I appreciate your offer to address my concerns but like I said, someone already reached out and it was a slap in the face. To avoid posting my information publicly I will decline your offer to continue the conversation. Maybe you can do right by your future customers by hiring honest associates. I had a great sales experience at your dealership but unfortunately because of this encounter I absolutely will not return for anything.

I really don't know what else there is to say, I've already given you the whole story. This post could not be longer (quite literally, there are character limits). Why don't you refer back to the call you recorded for "quality assurance purposes" and listen to it yourselves, if you want the "whole story." Richard was my service advisor and I visted on 6/29/2023. You have my name and number in your system already if you're actually intent on reaching out to me to apologize and make things right (which you haven't done yet, would never have done without a negative public review, and I assume won't even do now).
