Worst, most deceptive dealership ever. They advertise cars that aren’t available or even mechanically sound just to get you in the door. They told me on the phone that a car was ready, in They advertise cars that aren’t available or even mechanically sound just to get you in the door. They told me on the phone that a car was ready, in perfect condition and mechanically sound. I expressed to them I was driving a very long distance and I was ready to buy and paying cash. They again assured me the car was ready. When I arrived they then told me the car was in such horrible condition I couldn’t even view it and that it didn’t even start. They had no explanation for the lies but then they conveniently tried to sell me a car that was way way over my budget. Does such deceptive sales tactics actually work on people?? I hope everyone reads this review before they waste their time going here. I had my daughter with me and we wasted our day driving there all to just be lied too. More

First class liars. Never ever shop here! They said my car for trade in was damaged by hail significantly. It is NOT. OKC dealer gave me great price for trade and new car. I have an employee discount for GM a for trade in was damaged by hail significantly. It is NOT. OKC dealer gave me great price for trade and new car. I have an employee discount for GM and they refused to believe me or accept it. It was the worst shopping experience ever!! More

I cannot find a way to comment on my original post, but I can say: Wilson's made it right. After all was said and done, they actually took a loss on the new (to us) vehicle we purchased, along with giving us can say: Wilson's made it right. After all was said and done, they actually took a loss on the new (to us) vehicle we purchased, along with giving us 4k over actual trade in value on the cadillac that my initial review was written about. It was a week long process that involved driving two separate vehicles for a few days (which I loved that they let us do!), and it paid off. We used a 3rd party mechanic to look over the vehicle we liked, and it checked out flawlessly. We worked with Chris Mann and Trey. They went above and beyond to make things right and I LOVE my traverse. Not a single issue with it so far and we've had it 4 months. I told them if they could right their wrong, I'll buy all of my vehicles there and I meant it. They regained my trust and my business. I am not sure what changed in the 2 years from my initial purchase, but I am glad I gave them another chance! More

I had to replace the brakes on my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and they replaced the brake pads and rotors for $580 in just the front wheels. The rear wheels also went bad and they were trying to do those for $4 and they replaced the brake pads and rotors for $580 in just the front wheels. The rear wheels also went bad and they were trying to do those for $430. I said no that time because thats just ridiculous so I went to a private mechanic and he said I didn’t even need new rotors, they’re fine and he came right to me, replaced both brake pads in 20 minutes for only $75. Wilson auto is a scam, they’re so desperate that they took advantage of a broke college student who’s a thousand miles from home. Never go here to get your car serviced, there are much better options in Stillwater. More
