Bought a 21 used Grand Cherokee from Don in Dec at full asking price and everything went great. Ordered a Wrangler from the factory and was told they would give me the incentives upon delivery. Then vehicl asking price and everything went great. Ordered a Wrangler from the factory and was told they would give me the incentives upon delivery. Then vehicle was delayed and I asked about incentives and was told there were none, and Don my salesman was very very mad at me for asking. Ultimately I canceled the order and requested a refund which he doesn't want to give me. The vehicle has not arrived at the dealership yet and they don't want to refund my deposit so my credit card company will be reversing the charge. It's illegal to keep it in Illinois. I've only dealt with Don, and based on his terrible temper I wouldn't buy another vehicle from him. He seems perfectly fine as long as I'm willing to pay full MSRP and not even dare to ask about incentives. I don't know if all the salespeople are this rude, but it was very off-putting and made me not want to deal with him again. More
