We found ourselves in a horrific situation from another dealership (Sherwood Ford) we had a 5 year old vehicle and paying new vehicle prices. Rosie Rosario and Patti Kehoe gave us a miracle. They gave us an incredible deal on a new vehicle and we are out of the horrific situation that we were in. Rosie and Patti you are a God send, we are no longer Ford people and will spread the word on how awesome Westgate Chevy is. We are so grateful to what you have done for us.

I bought a 2011 2500 from Westgate from Frank and got the best service I have ever received.There was no rush , and very polite.Everything I asked for was there and no hidden cost.Ialso delt with KiethAllen and got all the figures I needed and he also has a great knowage of Chevrolets, which made my buying much easier.Iwent through GMAC,which is in house.I dealt with Katharine Kabaroff, in the finance department .Igot very good service and quick.I went back there on May 10 2013 and bought a new Chev pick up.Iwas lucky as I got the same three persons and got the same great service

I was dealing with another employee at Westgate who unfortunately became ill during the buying process. Nancy stepped in to assist during that employees absence and was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not want to change individuals again regarding the purchase and suggested to Nancy that I would prefer if she could finish the process to insure continuity. Despite the fact that she is neither in the new car department or the fleet department the process went swimmingly and she was professional every step of the way and the buying experience was as pleasant as can be. I'm sure she also had some help from the always professional Gary Ball. Quick trip through the business office with Brent Bowes and i was out the door. Thanks to all of you for your help with this purchase.

Frank was very helpful and worked hard to accommodate our specific needs. The dealership and service dept have great hours. The dealer showroom and customer waiting area is very clean and inviting. Frank helped trade in our used car and we bought a new Chevy Trax. It was an intimidating idea to us and were comforted and trusted our sales person so that made it a nice experience. Frank also helped me with service info on our other used car which is also a Chev. I will now get used car warranty because of information he gave me. We will service both our vehicles at that location. The on star tour with Frank was my highlight .. It was great fun learning about what on star can do! Thanks Frank and Chev team!

The reason why I stopped in was to see about getting a replacement truck because my old one was having issues. The entire team over here at Westgate Chevrolet took really good care of me at no point leaving me in the dark or leaving me with surprises.

-Daralyn (my service advisor) made sure to get my old truck into the service department for a diagnostic immediately (wicked!)

-Ron (my sales person) made sure to find out exactly what kind of replacement vehicle I was looking for without trying to pressure me into a vehicle I might regret (good job!)

-Brent (one of my financial advisor) took all my information and got me approved for finance within a matter of hours (thanks!)

-Katharine (my other financial advisor) went over all the paperwork with me making sure to explain every detail about my financing agreement so that there were no surprises (nicely done!)

Having shopped around and gone to several dealerships around Edmonton, Westgate Chevrolet offered the best customer service experience a guy could ask for!

All the employees I have met have been truly wonderful to me and my family each and every time we have visited Westgate. Stephen has kept us informed of any upcoming sales or events. I truly feel welcome when visiting or calling Westgate. I have recommended family members to visit and see if they get approved for a new or used vehicle. What a pleasure! We went to the Chevy Farm to start our search for a new vehicle. Doug was friendly and polite, he listened to what we were looking for and asked the right questions to narrow in on what we needed. He was personable and made the experience comfortable for us. He answered any question we had and prompted us to think about several things we hadn't considered. He gave us great tips for our comparison shopping experience and was knowledgeable not only about the vehicles on his lot, but those that we were considering from other makes. Doug gave us factual, up front information that provided us with enough knowledge to compare apples to apples and consider our options appropriately. We haven't made our decision yet, but after shopping around, we now know how special and different an experience it was to deal with Doug. Doug followed up with me today to provide another detail that we might want to consider, I was happy to have the opportunity to tell him what I have told everyone else, he is a fantastic salesman and wonderful person to work with!
