I hesitated between two cars from another brand nearby, and the Hyndai Santa fee. December 2012, for some reason, I bought the american car... Poor choice. After the deal was done, the dealership service was very poor, they wouldn't return my calls, there took forever to service my car, etc. September 2013, I decided to change my car: HYUNDAI as been super helpful with the procedure, and the sale person (Richard) had an extensive knowledge of the car I was interested in. I am now super happy with my new car. More

When we started our research we were not really considering a Hyundai and stopped there really because it was in the middle of all of the other dealerships. Richard Lam, the salesman immediately introduced himself and very quickly demonstrated how knowledgable he was about the vehicles he was selling. My husband is a huge researcher and was impressed by Richard's knowledge. He knew what he was talking about. We often found salesman would tell you things without really knowing the answer themselves with any degree of certainty. Richard was extremely knowledgable and allowed us the time we needed to consider Hyundai amoungst our options. When we came back later to test drive the Sante Fe, Richard again demonstrated his knowledge and took a lot of time demonstrating and talking about the features. In the end, we decided to buy the Sante Fe and Richard took us through the process. After the sale, Richard continued to work with us so that we would be happy customers. We wanted to put different tires on the vehicle so Richard drove the vehicle himself to Kal Tire so they could do this. He kept us informed of the status and continued to answer questions. After we picked up the vehicle, we noted a couple of small things that needed to be fixed. Again Richard made the arrangements and saw to it that everything was looked after. The service we have received has been exceptional. Everyone there was always very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Richard was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Richard and West Edmonton Hyundai to my friends. I am also very happy with the vehicle. More

After experiencing a great shopping experience, service and knowledge while looking for a 2013 Santa Fe last fall (which due to time constraints was bought at Sherwood Hyundai), I decided to return to shop and knowledge while looking for a 2013 Santa Fe last fall (which due to time constraints was bought at Sherwood Hyundai), I decided to return to shop for another 2013 Santa Fe this summer(for my wife). I met with Lloyd Osler who was very supportive and listened rather than spoke. He listened to everything I wanted and did not give me any run around. On top of the impeccable service, Lloyd was also able to beat out Sherwood Park and Leduc Hyundai in the price war, and settle on the exact price I needed within my time constraints. Not once did any staff come off like a "used car salesman" and Lloyd conducted himself as a true sales specialist.
