This was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. This was our third brand new vehicle purchase. Just before beginning my vacation, I took my Hyundai 2012 Santa Fe into the dealership for a routine oil change. Following the oil change, I was advised that there was a timing cover leak, which was covered Santa Fe into the dealership for a routine oil change. Following the oil change, I was advised that there was a timing cover leak, which was covered under warranty, but they would need the vehicle for possibly up to 2 days as the work involved was extensive. I was not happy about hearing this as this was the third warranty service - and, I was trying to go on vacation. However, Sarah Fox (Service Adviser) and Tom Peters (Customer Relations Manager) both stepped up and make the experience significantly less stressful. Sarah arranged for a rental vehicle and both Sarah and Tom worked behind the scenes to ensure that my vehicle servicing was completed in one day so that I could leave for my vacation out of province on time. Thanks Sarah and Tom! These two individuals are the number one reason that I take my vehicle to West Edmonton Hyundai. My experience at another Hyundai dealership was dismal. More

We already knew we were going to purchase a 2013 Santa Fe but made the mistake of checking out Sherwood Park Hyundai first. Needless to say, we ended up making our purchase at West End Hyundai . The difference in overall experience was night and day! Right from the beginning, Kip was personable, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful. He disclosed everything we were getting when we were pricing everything out so we really felt like we got to make an informed decision and we were in control (unlike feeling scammed at the other dealership). We will definitely recommend West End Hyundai (and Kip!) to family and friends! More

After a lengthy look at several dealerships it was refreshing to be at WEH. Christa met us in the lot where we had been looking and immediately helped us narrow down our search. I was impressed with the cleanliness of all the vehicles that she showed us. After looking at several other dealerships it was clear that WEH takes great care in all the cars on their lot. Christa was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe we were looking at. After deciding that this was the vehicle we wanted she was very through in explaining the process of buying from start to finish. We also dealt with Kim in the finance department she was also absolutely amazing. Great work West Edmonton Hyundai!! More
I hesitated between two cars from another brand nearby, and the Hyndai Santa fee. December 2012, for some reason, I bought the american car... Poor choice. After the deal was done, the dealership service was very poor, they wouldn't return my calls, there took forever to service my car, etc. September 2013, I decided to change my car: HYUNDAI as been super helpful with the procedure, and the sale person (Richard) had an extensive knowledge of the car I was interested in. I am now super happy with my new car. More
