We had bought our first Toyota,a 2003 Matrix back in 2005 and it recently suddenly died..So we found ourselves without a vehicle on a Sunday,late afternoon.Fortunatly amd Ironically, the staff remembered u and it recently suddenly died..So we found ourselves without a vehicle on a Sunday,late afternoon.Fortunatly amd Ironically, the staff remembered us and the matrix we had purchased back then in 2005.. This was deffinatly a plus ,under the stressful situation we faced ourselves.. Whithin 2 hours we found ourselves with another Toyota , Excellent Experience once again..My only comment is that when we picked up vehicle,we were told it was thoroughly detailed ,however we found under seats used reusable beverage bottles amd containers..as well as not as clean as one expected..
