Pleasant, unexpected experience. Stopped by to only sit in a car. Salesman Nick Mondo met my wife, showed her the car, opened the door to allow her to sit. No pressure, no hovering. Stopped by to only sit in a car. Salesman Nick Mondo met my wife, showed her the car, opened the door to allow her to sit. No pressure, no hovering. It was near the close of business so we left a few minutes later. Came back the next day unannounced, met with Nick and worked out a deal to purchase a car on the lot. Nick has an easy going manner, definitely not aggressive, answered all our questions calmly. Nick earned our trust and our business.
