I purchased a jeep and the staff was outstanding, I worked with Rebecca Bailey. Sadly one week later I realized the gas the car required was going to be way to expensive for me. When I contacted Rebecca she said they would work with me. I went back, I felt embarrassed that I made a wrong decision, and was very nervous that I was going to take a huge financial loss, non of my fears happened!!!! I traded my Jeep for a Mazda, and left with an incredible vehicle. Rebecca was knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel that I should be embarrassed. She even addressed my concerns and said, we just want you to leave here satisfied and happy with your vehicle. Wow, she is an excellent salesperson. The finance guys, Jim and Bret were beyond incredible too. I can't say enough about this dealership. If they had a zero to 100 scale, I'd have to say 101! More
