SERVICE VISIT

I bought a 2002 Toyota Tundra in 2007 from Karl at w a p . Karl was friendly , professional and great to deal with . I recently had my truck back for routine service as the vehicle is now 10 yrs old and nea . Karl was friendly , professional and great to deal with . I recently had my truck back for routine service as the vehicle is now 10 yrs old and nearly 100 k . Steve and Kevin in the service dept were excellent . They know there buisness and do an excellent job explaining to me and showing me what needs to be done and why . Steve also gives me a heads up on what to watch for with the truck as the wear and tear of everyday driving in New England takes its toll. This way hopefully there are no sudden surprises at my next visit . I always leave there felling i was very fairly treated and that i received great service for my money .
