This location is convenient right on route 5. .I was able to get an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation the next day after calling..The manager came into the waiting area and introduce .I was able to get an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation the next day after calling..The manager came into the waiting area and introduced himself and offered his assistance if we needed him. The staff just wasn’t warm feeling to me. Justin my service advisor welcomed me with a text after checking in and did explain everything that was done on my car but I didn’t get that I was important to Waldorf Honda. At checkout the young lady wasn’t warm feeling. I noticed on the counter car air freshener. I wasn’t offered one. But ask what are they and could I have one.. The check out lady said yes.. Like I maybe didn’t need it..::::After getting home I didn’t notice my 10% discount, because I’m a senior. Before the cashier automatically announced I qualified for the discount.. I automatically wiped my steering wheel after a service and it was grimy dirty.. My place maps were shifted to the side. I did get a text two days after my service from Justin to contact him, if I had any questions but I went away for the holiday weekend.: And forgot all about. Contacting him.
