Very good experience working with Matt deG purchasing a new Q8. He was helpful, courteous and explained most of what was needed. It was an easy process. I would only have liked him to throw in a free weath new Q8. He was helpful, courteous and explained most of what was needed. It was an easy process. I would only have liked him to throw in a free weather mat for the trunk of the car and offered to have changed the Audi rings from silver to black the way the order intended. When you spend on a Q8 you do expect that level of extra care. Otherwise a good experience overall. More

I have brought my car to this dealer 3 times and have always had an issue with customer service. I kept returning b/c I thought it couldn't happen again, but it did. I also kept returning b/c it's the cl always had an issue with customer service. I kept returning b/c I thought it couldn't happen again, but it did. I also kept returning b/c it's the closest Audi dealer to my home. Unfortunately, I prepaid for service when I bought the car so I was hoping to get the last service done and be finished with Valenti, but they botched that up too! I specifically said that I needed a loaner when I called to make the appointment and they failed to put that in the appointment notes. As I was driving there I called to be sure they had a car for me to use and they said no, it was booked that it was a drop off! Because I not only need to have an oil change I need recall work done and I have a transmission issue under warranty - things that will take a long time to do and on a good day - they take forever to finish small jobs so I wasn't about to spend my whole day sitting in their uncomfortable waiting area. I owned an Acura for 10 years and always brought it to Acura of Avon for service. I had no idea that their excellent customer service was unique and rare. I regret the day I bought an Audi!! I hope people take heed to the negative reviews of this place and avoid it at all costs!! I regret ever setting foot in the place! Now I have to drive an hour to West Springfield to get this work done. At least I know they have good customer service. Valenti is a disgrace! Also, I found out 2 years later after the fact from You've Been Pwned that my DOB, driver's license, email address, name, phone numbers, physical address, social security number, and vehicle details were pwned in a data breach!! Never once did Audi or the dealership contact me. When I contacted them they could have cared less!!! So wrong!! More

Salesman was rude and didnt give a lot of info about car. Staff have been incompetent snd basically nonexistent 1 month later dealing with registration issues even though I paid $550 for these services.
