Great Car…Terrible Buying Experience! ! Toyota makes quality cars. Toyota of Warsaw did not provide a quality car buying experience! If the “Smart Path” price on the website looks good ! Toyota makes quality cars. Toyota of Warsaw did not provide a quality car buying experience! If the “Smart Path” price on the website looks good to you finish the deal online because you cannot get the same deal at the dealership. They got me in the door with the “Smart Path” price and then rushed/pressured me into signing a significantly more expensive lease deal in person. After this experience I recommend buying your car online and only going to the dealership to pick it up. More
I came here after having an extremely bad experience with Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon. This dealership was the exact opposite! It started out by sending a request thru their website on Saturday evening. I was contacted and told my request was received and that they would have a salesperson contact me. I was contacted Monday. I explained what I was looking for and that I could see that the vehicle had not been built yet, but it was coming to the dealership. Josh Ogden explained the whole process to me. HE DID NOT pressure me at all. Just explained that if I did not put down a "hold" fee of $500.00 he could not guarantee that the vehicle would not be sold to someone else. Also that if my wife was not happy with this vehicle the $ was FULLY refundable - no fee. He was straight and upfront the entire time. What a refreshing change. No "extra" fees or up charging. He kept us informed as to when the vehicle had been built when it was shipped and when it arrived. This dealership's service department even provided a temporary fix to our vehicle (Driver's door window exploded in when driving up!) so that I could get it home WITHOUT ANY CHARGE! I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

This is my FIRST & will definitely be my LAST Toyota purchase, especially from this location. This is the worst Dealership I have ever purchased or even serviced my vehicle at. I would highly recommend you visit Heart City Toyota in Elkhart before setting foot here. The Service Department treats you poorly and then doesn't even do that work correctly...TWICE! I purchased my BRAND NEW CAR from them 8 months ago (fall 2021). I ended up hitting a small animal and it dislodged the bumper clips in the right fender well. I took it to Warsaw Toyota and they said no problem and they could repair it. After getting my car back the job wasn't completed. I went back in and the Service Advisor was incredibly rude and said the clips needed be ordered as they are one time use clips. I said to order them and they would call when they came in...no one ever called. I contacted them and they got it scheduled and said it should take 1 hour. I arrived at the dealer and got the car checked in. I waited and when I got the car back and drove out the plastic rattling made me stop and park. I looked at the fender to find not only is the bumper detached still but the molded bumper tabs destroyed. I was furious because they billed me again but then to damage the car and not complete the job is just plain stupidity and carelessness. I spent a week trying to reach the General Manager till they routed me to the service department and the guy said he would let the Service Manager know and he would call. No one called me...so I called in and finally got someone who proceeded to tell me the Service Manager is out for 6 weeks. So clearly no one was gonna call. After then talking to the Parts Manger who had the General Manager Emily Kosnick call me. She offered no sympathy or apology to the situation what so ever. She proceeded to give me your typical Corporate response and really could tell she could care less for the issue and had better things to do. She said she would investigate it and get back to me the following day, but she highly doubts that this was caused by them. She contacted me the following day to again offer the same grey sentiment of how unfortunate things happen but in no way did her Service Tech butcher my NEW car. She truly couldn't seem to comprehend what I was saying and kept repeating the same response she gave the day before. I finally just gave up explaining the logic to her and ended the call. I truly don't even know if she knew what she was saying. She said the Tech didn't do anything wrong and honestly I should have just taken the car to a Body Shop where it would be done properly...REALLY??? Seriously?...What type of inept response is that? I honestly was beyond shocked that "Small Town Dealership" like Toyota of Warsaw would care so little about its customers and the people of the community who support them. This truly was a slap in the face to me as I proudly bought my car from them and would continue to buy from them. This is beyond frustrating and maddening because you would expect more out of a place you were trying to build a relationship with and continue to buy and service my vehicles there. This type of local business is truly disheartening as you would expect a higher level of service. They don't care about their customers and would rather just write you off than to make a logical decision to keep a loyal customer and fix the problem they caused. I just filed a Claim with Toyota Corporate Brand Engagement Center over this mistreatment and discrimination at this dealership. You would think in a small town like Warsaw where everyone knows everyone they would do better at customer service. I would highly suggest you visit another dealership and avoid the headache here. Warsaw Toyota was very nice to purchase my 2022 Toyota Corolla from. The sales staff is friendly and very stress free and patient. The only reason I am not giving 5 Stars is because they do not check their New Vehicles for Transport Damage before selling them. The day of purchase I noticed a large scratch on the top of the trunk lid and they removed it promptly before leaving the dealership. Less than a week of owning the car, I noticed a gash in the trunk lid near the license plate. I did contact the dealership and they said because its off the lot they cannot help. I am disappointed in that respects because the car is BRAND NEW you would assume it comes dent free. Apparently you have to thoroughly inspect a new car now before purchasing to ensure its damage free. With all considered I am happy with my new Toyota and look forward to driving it for many years to come. More
