I took my truck in to get the brakes redone and I had a coupon they refused to use a coupon that I had and the manager told me that they were in it to make the money when the coupon said it was good in Al coupon they refused to use a coupon that I had and the manager told me that they were in it to make the money when the coupon said it was good in Alabama and Florida it was a nationwide coupon but they said they were not a participating dealer this is very upsetting More

However I guess it didn’t wasted a entire day before I was able to get the price and payments right, told the car would be there in a couple days, then a week, then two weeks finally 45 days, however it wasn’t the vehicle I was suppose to get went from a awd to a plain ex’s, then the price bounce a few thousand able the msrp heck end of yr, guess since the chips are delayed they think they can get more, found a dealer to get me what I asked for with the price. Left feeling confused I stopped in on my way home on 7/30/19 about 550pm from work to look at the average cost of the Camry's in this area.( my name and email was taken if I stopped in on my way home on 7/30/19 about 550pm from work to look at the average cost of the Camry's in this area.( my name and email was taken if you need to narrow it down) a guy approached me and seemed like he wanted to help me get the information. I drove around and came inside to sit and get a price on the cars and estimate my trade in. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and was really trying to pass the time as it was awkward. About 20 minutes into conversation , a guy came over to ask me if everything was ok and then left, came back about 10 minutes later and said the price of a particular car i was asking about. I explained i was really more interested in what TOD did as far as trade ins. he got up and stated he would go get me key and look at my car and walked off. I realized no one ever got my key as it was in my hands and went to find the man to see what car he was looking at. I did not see him and i just left. I got no answers, the other salespeople seemed not interested in even talking to me . I really just wanted to get some info on trading in my car eventually and how the process would work. i walked away feeling confused and sort of ignored. This has nothing to do with the gentleman that initially talked to me. he was helpful as much as he could but apparently the other people i actually needed to sit with seemed uninterested in my business.
