I am quite happy with Daniel as my new service person. He looked me in the eye and answered questions, That is huge when dealing with trying to maintain an older vehicle. Never underestimate how important it is to treat a customer like they are part of the service process. An added plus was his personable nature. Upbeat in this crabby world is always welcome. Daniel Erickson gave us OUTSTANDING service. Rodents chewed through the wiring, needed a tow. The towing company he recommended came within an hour.
