This was the best experience at a car dealership I’ve had that I can remember in all my life . I’ve had other good experiences too at dealers, but this staff seems to be friendly, down to earth , & actually that I can remember in all my life . I’ve had other good experiences too at dealers, but this staff seems to be friendly, down to earth , & actually takes customer service more serious than what I’ve seen lately at many companies I interact with on hold for 3 hours at places etc , in these scary times especially ,with short staffing, everyone rushed , look right at you & not helping ever now . I truly appreciate when I meet kind individuals that know how to treat customers as I do in my career I show empathy & great customer service skills I am told . After being in 2 ER,s & fighting for my life ,with no empathy ,compassion,& gaslit, it was great to find help today when already stressed,tired, worried. I came in to the building for my tires light acting up. Willy corner cafe was awesome I can’t believe they have cafe in dealer, I was starving too from going to so many tests ! Jessie from Valet helped me so nice & helpful understanding as I drove in wrong way! William used car funny guy & great customer service helped me too !! Inez Belbin great service too !!! Thank all of you & I am definitely coming back & spreading the word about this exact location for Toyota ! Maybe even my next car I will buy here if I survive in this crazy hectic world ! I am utterly disappointed with the service department at this dealership, which is particularly disheartening considering how I initially purchased my car here and even referred friends to do the same. My 2022 Sienna with 18000 miles developed a serious issue while I was driving – all the dashboard lights suddenly illuminated. Naturally concerned, I promptly brought it back to the dealership for assistance. The initial diagnosis was followed by a two-day wait for the required part to arrive, which is understandable. However, what ensued was a baffling display of neglect and incompetence. Despite the part's arrival, it languished uninstalled in my car for over a week. As someone who depends on my vehicle for my livelihood, this has caused me immense stress and frustration. It's been over a week now, and I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed. I used to hold this dealership in high regard, but this experience has irreversibly tarnished my perception. The blatant lack of urgency, communication, and respect for my time is truly disheartening. To think that I recommended this place to friends only deepens my disappointment. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against entrusting this service department with your vehicle. It's truly a letdown when a place you once trusted falls so far from grace.
