I walked out only to get a text asking what I needed to get it done (which I communicated clearly when I walked in) I gave a low number over $150 a month lower than what was originally communicated thinking that there is now way. To my surprise they accepted the low ball offer! I didn’t go with Toyota of Ann Arbor out of principle, and picked a more expensive car with a price that was accurately communicated the 1st time!! Buyer beware! Be prepared to walk away and maybe you’ll get a really good price🤷🏻♂️! Play stupid games win stupid prizes! Won’t give them my business ever! More

It's really disappointing how this dealership conducts business. Despite living just five minutes away, our experience was quite disheartening. My husband's first visit to a dealership turned out to be fa business. Despite living just five minutes away, our experience was quite disheartening. My husband's first visit to a dealership turned out to be far from pleasant. We had scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle we were shown. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the vehicle had been mistakenly loaned out. Although they offered to retrieve it, we declined, preferring not to inconvenience anyone. We simply stated that we would buy it once it returned. When we returned to make the purchase, my husband, who had just undergone surgery, still made the effort to come. However, the dealership attempted to sell us the wrong vehicle. Luckily, I caught the mistake, but by then, the correct vehicle had already been sold. This left us feeling quite upset. We were still open to doing business with them since it is so close to our home, but they never contacted us back on another vehicle. Additionally, their pricing structure includes about $4k unnecessary and non-optional features. Overall, they just don't care about their customers. They are in such a busy area, that you're just a number and they can charge whatever they want. Frustrated with this experience, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We visited Germain Toyota of Dundee, where we were treated exceptionally well. We purchased our RAV4 there, and the team was thoughtful and professional. Despite the longer drive, the experience was worth it, and we would recommend seeking out other dealerships. More
