During the two months that it took before my car actually arrived, Kary kept me fully apprised the entire time. Then when it finally arrived she was very thorough in explaining how to maneuver through all the controls. What’s even more impressive with Kary, she continues to provide me with support so she doesn’t stop being your caring salesperson once the sale is made. I’ve had my car for two months now and she still assists me with questions that I have with accessing something that I’m not sure of. I had a piece of medal stuck in my tire and dealership just patched it. They should have replaced my tire, because it slowly leaked. Then they had to order the correct tire when I took it in. By this time just patched it. They should have replaced my tire, because it slowly leaked. Then they had to order the correct tire when I took it in. By this time it was just over my one year tire warranty date. So I’m stuck paying for the tire. It all started/happened prior to the one year anniversary date. The warranty company does not care of course, and it’s impossible to talk to a human being there. The dealership of course did not help or take any responsibility for their part in the situation. It’s an expensive tire. As always, the customer gets screwed. More

What a great experience buying my Beautiful New Toyota Venza Hybrid ! Through the years my husband and I were always very pleased with the service of Toyota but now being a widow I was afraid of doing thi Venza Hybrid ! Well i have to say that Max Castro was AWESOME from start to finish! He really showed me that he cared about us especially my princess with special needs. I asked questions and got answers. Everything was done in a timely fashion so I didn't feel like all he wanted was a quick sale. It was nice to see some familiar faces from past purchases like Felix too. After buying my SUV, Max contacted me numerous times to make sure i was okay since I'm not up to date with technology and it can be overwhelming with new vehicles so he definitely showed patience, care, and knowledge like a son helping a mom. So I would definitely see him again for any future purchase so i hope he doesn't plan on going anywhere ! Thank you so much ! More

Irany Cano was professional, warm, endlessly accommodating, and respectful. Other dealers in the area were taking advantage of the shortage. Toyota Vineland didn't. And they won me over in the p accommodating, and respectful. Other dealers in the area were taking advantage of the shortage. Toyota Vineland didn't. And they won me over in the process. The staff simply cared about me as a customer. But at the other nearby dealers, I was essentially expendable. Prices marked up thousands above sticker. Insulting offers on trade-ins. All of them taking advantage of the shortage, Vineland excepted. In the last 10 years, I got 8 cars from the Holman Toyota. Suddenly, I was no longer worth their time. But at Vineland it was as if I was their only customer. The entire staff made me feel my business was appreciated. My sales consultant Irany Cano treated me with respect and honesty. Obviously very knowledgeable. Kept in constant contact. And got me exactly what I wanted. The sales manager took time to introduce himself and offer any assistance. The finance manager went above and beyond to find me a great rate. And when I needed extra help, Irany Cano really couldn't have been more accommodating. I was very happy with Toyota Vineland. I will recommend them from now on. It was earned. More
