He explained the situation (like every dealer - a long waitlist) dude was really chill. 8 months ago I came back wanting to check out the Grand Highlander and other options - again I found Roy. He gave me the time of day as a casual customer - always straight with pricing and real talk. 2 months ago I was intent on buying the Kia EV9 and dragged my family to go look. The ev9 was just too narrow for us. So I dragged them to look at the GX550 at Putnam which happens to be next to Toyota. Since we were close I wanted the family to experience what the Grand Highlander was like and we saw the Sequoia sitting there. Roy was straight up as always, never any pressure. There were no surprises, and when it came to financing, the finance manager actually got us a better rate than we were pre approved for. I cannot say enough good things about the finance manager. I am 74 years old and have purchased many new and used cars, but had never met an honest finance manage before. No hard sell, no add ons, and actually empathy! I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. A once in a lifetime pleasant car buying experience! More
