Kept calling and sending emails after the sale from different employees wanting me to come in and this is AFTER the sale now the service department is calling and sending emails and even went as far as different employees wanting me to come in and this is AFTER the sale now the service department is calling and sending emails and even went as far as Scheduling me for a service appointment for this coming September for a 7500 mile service I just barely have 300 miles on my car and won't be needing service anytime soon. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND please save yourself the time and rth headache , the sales staff failed to get their part of the job done with paperwork , payment , information ect . Had to come in 3 times because they failed to get what they needed due to how fast they were trying to push a sale on a car . Then threatened to reverse the sales transaction. I brought my 2022 Kia telluride into the service department for 3 recalls. Upon returning my vehicle a Russel in service wrecked the right side of my vehicle into the service bay wall. I never h department for 3 recalls. Upon returning my vehicle a Russel in service wrecked the right side of my vehicle into the service bay wall. I never heard from a manager, I had to call and ask for one but was always connected to Russel, the person who wrecked the car. He was a poor communicator and had no attention to detail. 2 weeks after car had been there they said it was ready. When we went to pick the car up the paint did not match the rest of the car. It was not ready. It then took 4 weeks to be fixed. It was returned to me with paint splatters on the inside that no one checked, I was told 6 people checked the car before it left the lot. I do not believe that unless they all can’t see. The manager was rude, a poor communicator and had no attention to detail. This experience has been the absolute worst. I will not go back or ever drive a Kia again. More
Kia Carnival EX - MSRP is $38,700. They listed it on their site at $40,190, already marked up. They tried to sell it to me for $49,360 before taxes. I recently bought my 2020 Kia Forte from Towbin Kia , Henderson. I worked with Devante and his team. I had to Bring my car back because we discover that one of the back windows didn’t go down. So I brought it back and Russell in the service department was more than happy to assist. When Devante arrived, he made sure that window was fixed as well as having my car taken to be detailed , since it was not done on the date of purchase because it was raining. Devante even went above and beyond to put my seat covers and steering wheel cover on. I was so greatful, because I know that this was not part of his job description. I just want to thank his team for the service that I received. I would recommend Towbin Kia (Henderson) to anyone. More
Every time I try to get my oil changed here it is a complete wreck. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! !!!! I bought my 2014 Ford Escape from Towbin and should have known from the beginning to just walk out the door! Salesman pushed me into a vehicle I !!!! I bought my 2014 Ford Escape from Towbin and should have known from the beginning to just walk out the door! Salesman pushed me into a vehicle I didn’t really want because he was too lazy to negotiate with the manager! Then he emphatically told me how important it was to get a warranty because of all the high tech things on the car that could cost thousands of dollars to fix. Made sense as I told him only if the warranty covered everything he said the “High Tech” package would me my needs. Fast forward to the backup cam going out. Made an appointment at Towbin as I was told I was required to go to waited a month for the appointment got there they said we can’t fix this it has to go to Ford he looked up my warranty and sent the car to Ford Country. He said they’d fix it and I’d just owe deductible. They diagnose problems and tell me the warranty company said nothing I had wrong was covered and cost to fix it was $2,000. Called Towbin and asked why I was sold a warranty that didn’t cover any of the things I specifically bought it for and they said “That salesman doesn’t work here anymore” I talked to the GM and he said finance would get the problem rectified. They said “Sorry nothing we can do for you”. So now I have to pay $400 in diagnostic fees and forgo the repair because I can’t afford that. They would offer no compensation for my being sent to fix something at Ford that wasn’t even covered when the Service Manager said it was. When I asked about what the GM said the finance guy tells me the GM said he never talked to me. When I went to cancel the warranty the finance people were impossible to get a hold of and very dismissive. I’ve worked in the car industry multiple times in my life and I know how GOOD dealerships do business. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had! Don’t walk away from this place RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK! More
Took a Sedona in for a oil change before a road trip to spread ashes of loved ones only to have the drain plug fall off 700 miles into our trip that led to a blown motor. Update August 16th. We'll on the 12th finally was able to speak with the Service director about the situation and he sent up the documents to their insurance company supposedly and then told me the General Manager basically said he will not do anything regarding their negligence. Here are some pictures that were taken .The one with the missing drainplug was taken right infront of us by the Firestone technician that our Insurance company told us to tow it to. The tow truck driver dumped it off and because they were pretty busy they do not do motors anyway he just took a look at it and within a minute knew what the problem was. He asked who changed the oil last because who ever did would be at fault he claimed because there was no way or shape that after 700 miles a drainplug just falls out after a oil change .Towbin Kia basically is saying after a inspection done by them that the inspection that has no recommendation for additional service because this van was serviced on time only at their service shop means nothing. My inlaws would only do their service here no matter what. So after getting rejected I have decided to go on any social media ,BBB,I'll search for options and maybe even file small claims . A perfectly running van blew up because of them doing a oil change . .Please for the sake of your hard earned money take your Kia to Findlay Kia ..Findlay is a very reputable company. Not saying Towbin is all bad but their Kia dealer is SHADY..I am going going to spend a lot of time making sure anyone I know stays away from Towbin Kia. . More
