My wife has been a loyal customer there for years. She was looking to upgrade were vechicle and was snubbed by the salesman, and gave her a ridiculous offer on her trade. I don't feel thar is how you should treat a loyal customer, and all of her service was done there as well. I guess you must need the right "name" to be able to deal there. I would sure hope they take better care of their other loyal customers. I would like to say more, but I will keep it professional. More

For the amount of money spent on a new vehicle, shouldn't have engine problems in 4000 miles. The service manager is rude and talks to people like they are idiots!
