Purchased a 2016 sonata in 2021, needed a new engine within a few months of purchase followed by numerous other services including a starter, several axles, fuel pump, fuel line, tappet and bracket. Glad I was pressured to purchase a warranty however there is a $200 deductible for each service. Thought I was buying my daughter a reliable vehicle from a reputable dealership however I was wrong. Vehicle definitely does not drive the same as when originally purchased. More

Had an 8:00 a. m. service appointment and they called me at 2:30 p.m to get my authorization to BEGIN the work I had already asked them to do. Called me at 5:30 to l m. service appointment and they called me at 2:30 p.m to get my authorization to BEGIN the work I had already asked them to do.
