I have to say when buying the car i have from the Auto park. It was a good experience. But when I took the car in 10 months later to look at why the brakes were making noise. I was told it was the rear b park. It was a good experience. But when I took the car in 10 months later to look at why the brakes were making noise. I was told it was the rear brakes. It would be around 450. 00 to replace back brakes. OK. But I wasn't paying that price. So I was having my brakes and new tires on elsewhere. Before they even started, there was a problem. The lock for the lugnut, was broken. Mind u no one has touch the car since at the auto park did. They informed me that the way it was broken was when was trying to take the lug nut off. So needless to say I now have to have the lugs changed. I am just wondering how u check the rear brakes on a jeep patriot without removing the lug. Not to mention not tell me. Lucky for me I did not have a flat along side of the road. Back to being at the auto park. When the service guy came out to give me the total and I said I wasn't paying that. He said ok I will have them put the stuff back together. I wasn't 2min from paying the bill for check went outside and he said the car is right there. Hmm if its right there, just 2 min after u told me about what was wrong. How did it get put back together and sitting there already. I know I am a woman and u think u can pull one on women. But no sir. U service department is a total sham. I will not ever recommend ur service or dealership to anyone. More

Horrible!! My 29 year old son bought a truck there. Within the first two weeks we had to replace the cracked radiator and coolant line for $1000.00. They had told my son they checked the motor. The manager told me they only check fluids and the truck was as is and would not stand behind what they sold my son. Now four weeks in he also needs more urgent work done which will cost around $1,200.!!! So they sold a truck with over 100,000 miles for over $9,000 But it needed $2,000.00 in work done. Buyer beware!!! This dealership does not care what they are selling and after the sale they don't care what issues you have. They give used car dealerships a bad name!! More

Easy, Helpful I have been to plenty of dealerships, some much better than others. I would rate my experience with this dealership among the top. slimeballs Horrible. They'll lie to make a sell. They hid damage with zip ties. Covered chips in the windshield that showed after the first rain. Said the engine Horrible. They'll lie to make a sell. Said the engine light was on for a gas cap and that they already ordered and that they would make sure recalls were all taken care of. Nope more like a screw you attitude. And it wasn't a gas cap for the light its a cracked fuel line! More
