The service department is top notch. Purchased a 2019 Dodge 2500 in March 2019. About a year later I noticed the back seat and head liner was wet after it had rained. I called and scheduled an appointment and they told me my thi About a year later I noticed the back seat and head liner was wet after it had rained. I called and scheduled an appointment and they told me my third brake light was leaking. They tightened it down and then said it was all fixed. About 4 months later I noticed it was wet again, took it back in and they said the window was cracked that’s why it was still leaking. I would have to claim it on my insurance in order to get it fixed. About 5 months later I took it back on for a leak as the seat and headliner were extremely wet after a rain and they said the third brake light was loose again so they tightened it again. I asked about replacing the headliner and seat that were ruined and they said they wouldn’t be able to do it. I called and talked to Mike Blevins about it and he told me to go trade my truck in for a Chevy or Ford if I wasn’t happy with them. More

My van was making a grinding noise in the rear. As soon as the tech checked my car he new it was the rear passenger side brakes. New brakes pads and rotors were replaced the same day.
