My Review Of T & T Honda :
The SHUTTLE SERVICE was beyond beyond beyond ridiculous. I am not to type to complain or even make an effort to go online and find the source to do it but this case is different. I got myself a ride to work when I dropped my car off in the morning because i would rather not go in a dirty Honda shuttle, but on my way back I decided I should call for a shuttle. I asked for someone to come at 4. The rude girl said she would send someone at 430. I said that was totally fine, what's 30 minutes. So I went down to get picked up at 4:35 sharp.. No one in sight, I called the same girl and she said he was on is way and he would be there soon. I waited and waited. Walked outside in the -30 degree weather searching for him... Then called back the shuttle girl to ask why he hasnt called me (she told me he would call when he was outside) she began to very very ignorantly and with such and attitude and extremely rude voice began to shout "we have been calling you for 10 minutes! You are not answering your phone I asked her if she had the correct number555-555-5555 and she screamed YEA!.. So on and such forth. Extremely rude comments. . Finally at 5:10 I found him he was just pulling up to the entrance she said he would be at. I walked into the vehicle and the man was also very rude, "I called you numerous times and you just don't answer your phone... I didn't receive one call from you sir, I said. Then we waited because he was picking up another person from the same place I work. He called and called and called several several times, the man did not answer. Finally by 5:25 he decided to leave. As he was driving away the other person got into the vehicle... Complete silence driving back to Honda (which I was more then happy about after a full day of stressful work) then when I arrive, a strange quite scary looking tall man approaches me with such anger and defence and rage, he lifts his finger and points at me and says WHY DIDN'T YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE WE CALLED YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND WAITED FOR YOU FOR SO LONG.. I asked him who he was cause I was confused as to who this random man was yelling at me while I was waiting for my car.. The man who was driving the shuttle then angryly approached me, stood next to the other man and they both continued to blatter... I paused his talking and said THE SHUTTLE GIRL AT RECEPTION GAVE HIM THE INCORRECT NUMBER, IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SAW HIS LIST OF ME AND THE OTHER GENTLEMEN WHEN WE WERE DRIVING AND SHE GAVE HIM THE INCORRECT NUMBER. DO NOT BLAME ME! They then both shut up and they said "oh..really.?..." And turned around and walked away. The funny part about all of this is that i got picked up first, and the 2nd person to be picked up was not answering his phone, he was in the same room as us when these men approached me but for some reason the DOCTOR did not get approached about the situation at all, and I did. I am a young woman, and I like the service people for vehicles at honda, but as far as shuttle service. It is absolutely the worst experience I have ever ever had to deal with and no one should be disrespected like that and spare the other person because they are a doctor, we came from the same workplace but I am not a physician.
