I can only say two good things. The staff was very nice, and we got the car we wanted at a relatively fair price. It was, however, $10,000 higher than the advertised price. There was a lengthy list of "add-ons" over and above the usual "tax, title and dealer fees" which included a NON-FINANCING FEE of $2500. I'm not sure that's even legal, but we got it written off because we financed, even though we went into the dealership wanting to pay cash in full. It would have cost us $2500 extra to do that. The add-on's also included $3500 for "Sutherlin Platinum Premier" protective paint coatings and other things that used to be an "up-sell" offer but are now standard and are not included in the advertised price. Final important warning. When you go in, ask how many "financial guys" are there. Yesterday, there was only one and we waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS to see him, after making the decision to purchase the car. If you go in and they tell you there is only one financial guy, my advice is to say "thank you, we'll be back another time". More

I was told the fees would total $3200. As soon as they put a price in front of me, however, they had added a $1499 fee.
