They had my jeep and could not find the problem and when i picked up my jeep there were more problems and was told "we didn't do anything but test drive it". I was told this with attitude as if i did somet i picked up my jeep there were more problems and was told "we didn't do anything but test drive it". The vehicle is still under warranty I was not trying to pull something over on your department . when I said this I was told I could take my jeep elsewhere. So they had my jeep another day to fix the problem with the steering wheel. But still the original problem remains. More

They offer a quick lube service, but you are better off having a homeless person service your vehicle. Some people don't have time to change their oil in their busy life styles, so they depend on someone e having a homeless person service your vehicle. Some people don't have time to change their oil in their busy life styles, so they depend on someone else to do oil changes. This place cannot properly do an oil change. If the drain plug is loose when installing it, why wouldn't you replace it instead of not saying a word to the customer, filling it back up with oil and sending customer down the road just to have it leaking out, and possibly destroying the engine. And they sell this type of vehicle so they have new replacement parts for it. If you can't properly change oil then you shouldn't offer this service. I believe there is xxxxxxx in Labs that can change oil on vehicles. I wouldn't recommend using the quick lube service, period! More
