I have been reaching out to Suburban Jeep in Farmington Hills regarding a service issue since fall of 2023. Always very difficult to get someone on the phone and phone calls and emails are never returned. Hills regarding a service issue since fall of 2023. Been going there for years but service has gone DOWNHILL. First NO ONE IN SERVICE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES OR RETURNS PHONE CALLS Second - the “your can text me on this number” text does not work Took First NO ONE IN SERVICE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES OR RETURNS PHONE CALLS Second - the “your can text me on this number” text does not work Took our Durango in for a repair that they said would be done that evening so we made plans for a trip the next day. Not only was the vehicle not done, we had to initiate all updates. Even the promised “we will contact you by end of business today” did not happen This morning we have tried to contact the rep and the service manager to get the status of our car. Neither answered their phone or returned our message. We are not even sure the service was even started as when we called yesterday the rep would not say why there was a delay just that “it was taking longer than he expected “ Think twice before using this dealership More
Mr. Boening was AWESOME! he was very professional, accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being servic accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being serviced in the shop for over two weeks and I told there were not any loaner vehicles. Mr. Boening provided me with a loaner, which took a lot of stress off of me having to get back and forth to work and daily errands. Thanks so much Mr. Boening! I left my car for 3 days to do a checkup (oil change, tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. After 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, but they did nothing about the che tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. After 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, but they did nothing about the check up! I missed 3 days at work and I Had to come back another day to change the oil car. Unacceptable! When I talked to the manager, he also said was nothing wrong with that! More

My 2020 Pacifica had routers and pads replaced at 7,000 miles and again at 22,750 miles. They said excessive rust is normal. 3 days of promises and finally I took the car in for service. They said they were going to replace them but WERE NOT! And they used my wheel kit and DID NOT put it back in my glove compartment after they used it. No one will returns calls from the dealership. Communication there is terrible. Frustrated! More

Amanda was wonderful to deal with during my call in to the service dept and also at the time of service which was for a software recall. I took her card so I could contact her directly next time I need s the service dept and also at the time of service which was for a software recall. I took her card so I could contact her directly next time I need service since the company voicemail/text messaging appears to not function properly. Company should get that fixed or you'll start to lose customers. Amanda saved the day when I called back and she picked up the phone. Thank you Amanda!! More

11/15/22 - I have been going to this dealership for a year now. This morning, I had some various repairs done on my car. DEE FIELDS, Express Service Advisor, could NOT have been more helpful. She was mos year now. This morning, I had some various repairs done on my car. DEE FIELDS, Express Service Advisor, could NOT have been more helpful. She was most friendly, knowledgeable, just overall excellent and is a credit to this organization....and got my work done surprisingly quickly. Kudos also to Eric, who worked on my car. Add to that, this dealership is a very friendly and enjoyable place in which to wait for your repairs to be completed. I wouldn't think of going to another dealership. Thanks again!....Rick Kelly More
