Not exactly what I expected. I encountered duplicate cost of repairs. Paid premium Co for diagnosis and will still have to pay for cost of installation. I realize that all dealers are not the same as I would have been charged approximately $100 less at an Oakville dealer. Associates at Hyundai Streetsville were courteous however and very professional. More
Dishonest, do not buy a car here I tried to buy a car here from Kenny, the assistant manager. When I asked for a couple things as a part of the deal, he told me he had to go speak to I tried to buy a car here from Kenny, the assistant manager. When I asked for a couple things as a part of the deal, he told me he had to go speak to his manager. His manager approved, and he verbally agreed to give me the deal. When I came to pick up the car, I was informed that there was no record and no way to prove that Kenny had ever said anything he had promised me. The sales manager, who I'd been told had approved the deal, had no recollection of approving anything...which leads me to believe that Kenny pretended to go speak to his manager and didn't. Please don't fall for these skeezy sales tactics, and try out a more honest dealership. More

He even took the time to show me how all the options worked on the Insurance rental Hyundai I had before even signing any papers or commitment. And when I did decide to go to purchase and pick up my new Hyundai Elantra GL there was not a question that had not been covered. Also if any questions arise in the future they made sure to let me know they are just a phone call or e-mail away. More

A great experience We loved working with Kenny and the Streetsville Hyundai team. He was attentive and patient and great with our 5yr old daughter. After having a terrible experience at another dealership, Kenny stepped up and gave us the space and time to be sure we wanted to buy. Jason in Finance was also great. He was honest and didn’t over pressure, but read the room and didn’t try push us into options we didn’t want. More
Unproffesional, zeo customer service I filled out the online form, 2 days no response, I texted and communicated with someone by text, no follow up. Texted the next day, no response. Finally I called on Friday, asked for the General Manager at 13:45 and a guy said he just walked out for lunch, call back in half hour to 45mins. I called at 16:05 and was told by a woman with an attitude he was still on lunch. Where is there a job your lunch is atleast 2.30hrs? And why does Streetsville Hyundai not want my money? More
Engine light check Advisor is friendly & accomodating. Since there was no code found, I still don’t have peace of mind. Still think there might be something wrong since engine check came out for 2 days & disappeared. It appeared when the vehicle shook or jerked while I was at the stoplight. Shift lever got stuck 3 times before and unusual engine sound for me is still there. More
